How To Use Sunscreen Sprays

Dermatologists tell you to wear sunscreen, but has anyone ever taught you HOW to wear SPF?

Here’s how to get the most protection from your Sunscreen Spray.

🌞: Shake well, and apply in a well-ventilated area, away from the wind. This way you won’t end up inhaling it or spraying the people next to you. (It pains me when I see this happen at the beach!)

🌞: Spray an even layer to cover the area, but not so much that it drips.

🌞: Let dry. DON’T RUB IT IN! If you do, your fingertips will be protected, but you may rub off the protection.

🌞: EXCEPTION to the No-Rub rule: new Mineral Sunscreen sprays come out white, so you can LIGHTLY rub it in to get an even layer of coverage, like frosting a cake 🎂

🌞: Do NOT spray into your face. Spray into your hands, then apply to your face, neck, ears.
