FEED YOUR FACE THIS THANKSGIVING

WHO WANTS PIE? 🥧 I love to eat pie, and many of you know that I love to bake pies. I was born in Texas so my favorite is Pecan Pie, but it’s very HIGH in SUGAR 😬.  This year my family is doing Berry Pie, which is lower in sugar. 

✅️ Berries are high in Vitamin C and ELLAGIC ACID, which helps make strong COLLAGEN.  ✴️ Tip: Use the really ripe berries – so you can add less sugar!
 
HEALTHIER MASHED POTATOES 🥔. When making mashed potatoes, leave the SKIN ON. It’s a good source of fiber to help nourish your gut microbiome & prevent bloating. Also, cut back on the milk & butter. Dairy is inflammatory = NOT good for Acne, Wrinkles, & Rashes.
 
LIGHTER STUFFING. Traditional stuffing is hearty & delicious, but it can be heavy & dense.  Lighten it up by replacing more of the bread with veggies such as celery, carrots, squash 🥕🍆🍠.  It will fill you up faster and the antioxidants are good for your skin and your body.
