3 NEW HABITS FOR GOOD SKIN
Here are 3 habits for better skin in the New Year β take it from me, a Harvard MD π.

#1: GET YOUR VITAMINS. Use a Vitamin C serum in the AM as an Antioxidant shield (under SPF), and a Vitamin A (aka Retinoid) at night πβ¨ to boost Collagen.
Also, ask your Doctor to check your Vitamin D level. Low Vitamin D is linked to hair thinning as well as eczema and psoriasis flareups.
Vitamin D also has skin-cancer fighting effects.
β #2 SKIP THE STRAWS. These are not good for the environment or for your lips. Puckering accentuates lines & wrinkles around your mouth. If you must use a straw, put it in the corner of your mouth so you donβt pucker as much.

#3 REMEMBER YOUR NECK. Your skin doesnβt stop at your chin! Give your neck the same TLC as your face when it comes to active ingredients, moisturizers, & SPF. Also, your neck can be more sensitive, so be careful and introduce products gradually.
