About Dr. Jessica Wu
Renowned L.A. dermatologist Dr. Jessica Wu has been practicing privately—and making house calls to Hollywood movie sets—for over 20 years. She’s appeared on Good Morning America and CNN and been featured in The New York Times, People and The Wall Street Journal. A Harvard Medical School graduate who’s often credited for her expertise and artistry, she teaches at the University of Southern California and frequently lectures at national and international medical conferences. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Medical Council of the American Society for Nutrition.
Dr. Wu has developed two cult skincare lines that are beloved by beauty editors, CEOs and celebrities alike. Her bestselling book Feed Your Face: Younger, Smoother Skin and a Beautiful Body in 28 Delicious Days explores how diet profoundly affects our skin. Her dedication to the future and safety of dermatology has served her on research studies of cosmetic products and devices—and as an investigator in the clinical trials that led to F.D.A. approval of Juvederm wrinkle filler and Latisse lash growth serum. Dr. Wu is a certified ski instructor and lover of all things outdoorsy. She could ride her Harley Davidson in high heels, but wisely opts for her Jimmy Choo moto boots.
